What the Lily Lounge stores, why, and the control you have over it.
What we store
Your display name, optional username, optional bio and profile photo, your Lily Petal member number, the posts, comments and media you share, your likes, votes, RSVPs, connections and badges, and your in-app notification preferences.
Your email address
Your email is held by the Lily Lounge login system. It is never shown to other members and is not part of your public profile.
What other members see
Your display name, photo, bio, member number, badges, connections count and content you post — each of these can be hidden from the Privacy controls in Settings.
Reports and moderation
Reports you send are visible only to administrators, together with your name so they can follow up. Reported content is handled privately.
Customer verification
If iLily verifies that you are a customer, the verification note, its date and the reviewing administrator are recorded. Verification records are visible only to you and to administrators.
Deleting your account
When you delete your account your personal details are erased, your posts and media are removed, and your comments are anonymised. Your member number is retired and never reused, and your sign-in access is closed.
No selling of data
Your information is used to run the Lily Lounge community. It is not sold, and no payment card details are ever collected in this app.
